TERMINOS DE SERVICIO


ANTES DE QUE ME COMISIONES

  1. Ten a la mano todas tus Referencias y dime toda tu idea, sin pena<3, de manera clara y detallada, puedes enviarme ejemplos de la pose, fotos, otros dibujos, paleta de colores, personajes, cosas/items, entre otros.

    No trabajo sobre la marcha, es decir, tienes que mandarme todas tus referencias ANTES de que haga el Boceto y no despu茅s.

  2. 鈿狅笍 Reservo mi derecho de rechazar tu comisi贸n si me hablas de manera despectiva o prepotente, si tu actitud es ofensiva y exigente al punto de ser grosero o si me faltas al respeto a mi o a mi trabajo鈿狅笍.

PROCESO GENERAL

  1. Cuando me mandes todas tus referencias y detalles, yo empezare con el Boceto (me toma de 1 a 5 horas dibujarlo, dependiendo los detalles).

  2. Despu茅s te mandare el Boceto y me dir谩s si quieres hacerle alguna modificaci贸n.

  3. Si el Boceto tiene tu aprobaci贸n, te dir茅 la fecha/d铆a aproximado en la que estar谩 lista tu comisi贸n, y seguir茅 con el Lineart.

  4. Despu茅s del Lineart, empezare el Coloreado.

  5. Cuando el dibujo este listo, te notificare de inmediato para envi谩rtelo.

    Puedes pedir del actualizaciones del proceso de tu dibujo 1 - 2 dias despu茅s de tu pedido (1 actualizaci贸n por dia).

    O puedes darme Libertad Creativa y ver el dibujo listo hasta el final como sorpresa.


CAMBIOS O MODIFICACIONES

  • Puedo hacer varias modificaciones en el Boceto (ademas de correcciones de errores hechos por mi). Pero, si quieres cambiar la Pose por una nueva desde 0, tendr谩 costo extra.

  • Si solicitaste un fondo para tu dibujo: Puedo hacer peque帽as modificaciones en el Boceto del Fondo (ademas de correcciones de errores hechos por mi). Pero si quieres cambiar el fondo por otro desde 0, tendr谩 costo extra.

  • No se hacen modificaciones en el Lineart/Delineado, excepto los peque帽os errores hechos por m铆.

  • Puedo hacer algunas peque帽as modificaciones al Coloreado/Lineart al final de la comisi贸n y tambien hacer modificaciones en el Coloreado/Lineart si tuve alg煤n error en el dibujo.

  • Si tienes en mente un coloreado que viste en otro dibujo o foto, puedes pedirme que a帽ada una Prueba de Color en el Boceto (los colores base, sombras o luces que podria tener tu dibujo como ejemplo).

  • Si al entregarte el dibujo finalizado se me paso por alto agregar algun detalle a tu dibujo, sientete libre de decirmelo para que lo corrija<3.

  • Si quieres un tama帽o de lienzo personalizado d铆melo sin problema.


PAGO Y REEMBOLSOS | ENTREGAS

Antes/Despues del Boceto deberas:

  • Pagar el 50% del precio del dibujo como anticipo y el otro 50% una vez que la comisi贸n este terminada.

  • O si lo prefieres, puedes hacer el Pago Completo desde un inicio.

  1. No hay Reembolsos despu茅s de que te entregue el dibujo final.

  2. No hay Reembolsos si cancelas tu comision; Solo te enviare la comision hasta donde fue dibujada.

  3. Si ya has pagado por adelantado, puedes solicitar el reembolso si aun no te entrego el Boceto.

  4. Si por alg煤n inconveniente que este fuera de mi alcance no termino tu comisi贸n (accidente, enfermedad, asuntos personales delicados), te notificare de inmediato y te har茅 el reembolso si ya has pagado.

  • Los formatos de los dibujos son JPG, PNG y PNG transparente y las entregas las hago a travez de DM, link de Google Drive o Correo.

  • El Boceto y avances del Lineart/Coloreado tendran mi marca de agua y calidad por debajo del 60% en jpg si no has hecho el pago completo.


DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL Y ACLARACIONES

  1. Tu, como cliente y al comprarme una comision, estas declarando que estas de acuerdo y has le铆do mis T茅rminos de Servicio.

  2. Si quieres que tu comisi贸n sea Privada, puedes dec铆rmelo para no mostrarla en mi Carrd. Si el dibujo tiene fines Comerciales no lo posteare.

  3. No uso ni har茅 la divulgaci贸n de tu informaci贸n personal, informaci贸n de contacto o informaci贸n de pago que me proporciones. Todas las comisiones las hago respet谩ndote a ti y tu privacidad.

  4. Si tu comisi贸n fue hecha para uso Personal y quieres hacer reventa, consultamelo por favor. En caso contrario, me reservo el derecho de no volver a comisionarte en un futuro y con la posibilidad que yo presente alguna acci贸n legal.

  5. Esta prohibida la reventa de los Bocetos y los Linearts/Delineados.

  6. Esta prohibido usar el Boceto/Lineart para pintarlo o calcar encima de el como comisi贸n de otro artista.

  7. Esta prohibido usar el dibujo en NFTS e Inteligencia Artificial/IA edits o IA de cualquier 铆ndole.

  8. Eres libre de publicar y usar el dibujo como uso Personal donde quieras. Si es posible, dame los cr茅ditos.

  9. Solo soy una ilustradora que hace comisiones. Al momento de comisionarte, no adopt贸 ideas, gustos o ideolog铆as ajenas a mi persona.

  10. No tengo ninguna obligaci贸n de promocionar(a menos que yo quiera) o hacer marketing en mis perfiles, de:

    | Otras cuentas o perfiles de redes sociales.
    | Canales de Youtube/Twitch.
    | Negocios/Marcas.
    | Proyectos Personales/Comerciales.
    | Sitios/Paginas Web

TERMS OF SERVICE

BEFORE YOU COMMISSION ME

  1. You have to have all your ideas and references at hand, clear and understandable. You can send me examples of the pose, photos, other drawings, color palettes, characters, things/items, etc. So it will be easier and faster for me to make your Sketch.

  2. 鈿狅笍I reserve my right to reject your commission if your attitude is haughty, offensive, demanding to the point of being rude or if you disrespect me or my work.鈿狅笍


GENERAL PROCESS

  1. When you send me all your references I will start with the Sketch (It take 1 to 5 hours to draw, depending the details).

  2. Then I will send you the Sketch and you will tell me if you want to make it any modifications.

  3. If the Sketch has your approval, I will tell you the approximate date/day when your commission will be ready, and I will continue with the Lineart.

  4. After the Lineart, I will start the Coloring.

  5. When the drawing is ready, I will notify you immediately to send it to you.

    You can request updates to your drawing process 1 - 2 days after your order (1 update per day).
    Or you can give me Creative Freedom and see the drawing ready until the end.


MODIFICATIONS OR CHANGES

  • I can make some changes in the Sketch (and errors made by me). If you want change the whole Pose for a new one from 0, it will have extra cost.

  • If you drawing includes a Background: I can make some changes in the Background Sketch (and errors made by me). If you want to change the background for a new one from 0, it will have extra cost.

  • No modifications are made in the Lineart except for small errors made by me.

  • I can make some small modifications to the Coloring/Lineart at the end of the commission and I can make some small modifications to the Coloring/Lineart at the end of the commission if I had any error in your drawing.

  • If you have a coloring in mind that you saw in another drawing or photo, you can ask me to add a Color Test to the Sketch (the base colors, shadows and lighting that your drawing could have as an example).

  • If when I gave you the finished drawing I forgot to add any detail to your drawing, feel free to tell me so I can modify o fixed it at no extra cost.

  • If you want a custom canvas size ask me.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND DELIVERY

Before or after the Sketch you must made:

  • Make 50% of the payment beforehand and the other 50% of the payment when the commission is done.

  • or Make Full Payment.

  1. No Refunds after I deliver you the final drawing.

  2. No Refunds if you cancel your commission; I will only send you the commission up to the point where it was drawn.

  3. If you paid in advance, you can request a refund if I have not yet given you the Sketch.

  4. If, due to any inconvenience that is beyond my control, I do not finish your drawing (accident, illness, delicate personal matters), I will notify you immediately and if you have paid, I will refund you.

  • The formats of the drawings are JPG, PNG and Transparent PNG and I make deliveries through DM, Email or Google Drive Link.

  • The Sketch and Lineart/Coloring previews will have my watermark and quality below 60% in JPG if you have not made the full payment.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND CLARIFICATIONS

  1. You, as a client and by purchasing a commission by me, are declaring that you鈥檙e agree and have already read my Terms of Service.

  2. If you want your commission to be Private, you can tell me so I don't show it in my Carrd. If the drawing is for Commercial purposes, I will not post it.

  3. I do not use or disclose your personal information, contact information and payment information that you provide to me. I make all commissions respecting you and your privacy.

  4. If your commission was made for Personal use and you want to re-sell it, please contact me. Otherwise, I reserve the right not to commission you again in the future and with the possibility that I may file some legal action.

  5. It's prohibited to use the Sketch or Linearts for re-sell.

  6. It's prohibited to use the Sketch for re-color or Lineart (trace drawing) for another artist as commission.

  7. It's prohibited to use the drawing in NFTS, Artificial Intelligence, IA edits or IA of any kind.

  8. You are free to publish the drawing for Personal Use. If is possible, give me the credits.

  9. I鈥檓 just an illustrator who does commissions. When I make your drawing, I do not adopt ideas, preferences/tastes or ideologies that are foreign to me.

  10. I do not have obligation to promote (only if I want) or make marketing on my profiles about:

    | Youtube/Twitch Channels
    | Other accounts or social media profiles.
    | Businesses/Brands.
    | Personal/Commercial Projects.
    | Sites/ Web Pages
