TERMINOS DE SERVICIO

Antes de pedir una comision, por favor lee mis terminos de servicio.

ANTES DE QUE ME COMISIONES

  1. Ten a la mano ejemplos de la pose, fotos, otros dibujos, bocetos, paleta de colores, etc.
    Por favor mandame todas tus referencias antes de que haga el boceto y no después.

  2. Reservo mi derecho de rechazar tu comisión.

  3. Reservo mi derecho de rechazar o cancelar tu comisión si tu actitud es ofensiva y exigente al punto de ser grosero.

PROCESO DE LAS COMISIONES

  1. Me mandaras tus referencias y yo empezare con el boceto.

  2. Después te mandare el boceto y me dirás si quieres hacerle alguna modificación.

  3. Si el boceto tiene tu aprobación, te daré la fecha en la que estará lista tu comisión y te recibiré el 50% del pago.

  4. Seguiré con el lineart, coloreado y sombreado - render.

  5. Cuando el dibujo este listo, te avisare y te recibiré el otro 50% del pago y te enviare la comision.


CAMBIOS O MODIFICACIONES

  • Puedes pedir 3 modificaciones max. en el Boceto, así como correcciones de errores hechos por mi. Si quieres cambios significativos, como cambiar toda la pose, ropa, varios accesorios desde 0 (o cambiar todo el fondo por uno nuevo desde 0), tendrá costo adicional.

  • No se hacen modificaciones en el Lineart/Delineado, excepto los errores hechos por mí. Las modificaciones solo son en el Boceto.

  • Puedes pedir una prueba de Colores Base en el Boceto (después del 1er pago).

  • Estan permitidos solo 2 cambios en el dibujo terminado (colores y formas basicas). Otros cambios signficativos tendran costo adicional.

  • Si por error mío se me paso por alto algún detalle en tu dibujo o tuve algún error en el coloreado, sientete libre de decirmelo para que lo añada, quite o corrija.

  • Si quieres un tamaño de lienzo personalizado dímelo sin problema.


AVANCES Y LIBERTAD CREATIVA

  • Puedes pedir avances (screenshots) de tu dibujo 1 a 2 dias después de tu pedido. Sera 1 actualización por dia.

  • O puedes darme Libertad Creativa y ver el dibujo al final como sorpresa.

  • Los dibujos con Render Detallado tendrán 3 a 4 actualizaciones (screenshots) en todo el proceso, debido a la complejidad y al cambio constante en el renderizado.


REEMBOLSOS

  1. No hay Reembolsos.

  2. No hay reembolso si cancelas tu comisión.

  3. El 50% del pago por adelantado no es reembolsable (Si hiciste el pago por adelantado y aun no he empezado la comisión o decidiste cancelar tu espacio en mi lista espera, puedes solicitar el reembolso sin problema).

  4. Si por algún inconveniente no termino tu comisión (accidente, enfermedad, asuntos personales delicados), te notificare de inmediato y te haré el reembolso si ya has pagado, o si lo prefieres, puedes esperar mas días para que pueda terminar tu dibujo.



ENTREGAS

  • Formatos son PNG y PNG transparente.

  • Las entregas las hago a travez de DM, link de Google Drive o Correo.

  • El Boceto, avances del Lineart y Coloreado tienen mi marca de agua y calidad por debajo del 50% en JPG si no has hecho el pago completo.


DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

  1. Al comprarme una comisión, estas declarando que has leído y estas de acuerdo con mis Términos de Servicio.

  2. Si quieres que tu comisión sea Privada, puedes decírmelo para no mostrarla en mi Carrd o postearla en mis redes sociales.

  3. Al comisionarte, no adoptó ideas, gustos o ideologías ajenas a mi persona.

  4. Esta prohibida la reventa de los Bocetos y los Linearts/Delineados.

  5. Esta prohibido usar la comisión de manera comercial. Los dibujos son solo para uso Personal.

  6. Esta prohibido usar el dibujo en NFTS o Inteligencia Artificial de cualquier índole.

  7. Al comisionarte, no hago promociones o marketing en mis perfiles, de:

    | Otras cuentas o perfiles de redes sociales.
    | Canales de Youtube/Twitch.
    | Negocios/Marcas.
    | Colaboraciones de proyectos.
    | Proyectos Personales/Comerciales.
    | Concursos.
    | Sitios/Paginas Web




TERMS OF SERVICE

Before asking for a commission, please read my terms of service.

BEFORE YOU COMMISSION ME

  1. You can send me examples of the pose, photos, other drawings, color palettes, sketches, etc.
    Please send me all your references before I draw the Sketch, not after.

  2. I reserve my right to reject your commission.

  3. I reserve my right to reject or cancel your commission if your attitude is haughty/rude, offensive, demanding to the point of being rude.


COMMISSIONS PROCESS

  1. When you send me all your references I will start with the sketch.

  2. Then I will send you the sketch and you will tell me if you want to make it any modifications.

  3. If the sketch has your approval, I will tell you the date/day when your commission will be ready, and I will receive you the 50% of the payment.

  4. I will continue with the lineart, coloring and shading - render.

  5. When the drawing is ready, I will notify you and I receive you the other 50% of the payment, and I will send it to you.


MODIFICATIONS OR CHANGES

  • You can ask for 3 changes max in the Sketch (and errors made by me). If you want to make big changes like change the whole pose/clothes/several accesories for another(s) one(s) from 0 (or a new background for a new one from 0), it will have extra cost.

  • No modifications are made in the Lineart except for small errors made by me. The changes are only in the sketch.

  • You can request a sample of Base Colors in the Sketch (after half the payment).

  • You can ask for 2 changes max to the finished drawing (like colors and basic shapes). Other significant changes will have an additional cost.

  • If by mistake I missed any detail in your drawing or some error in the coloring, feel free to tell me so I can modify, fixed or add it.

  • If you want a custom canvas size ask me.


UPDATES AND CREATIVE FREEDOM

  • You can request updates (by screenshots) to your drawing process 1 - 2 days after your order (1 update per day).

  • Or you can give me Creative Freedom and see the drawing ready at the end as surprise.

  • Detailed Rendered drawings will only have 3 to 4 updates throughout the entire process, due to the complexity and constant change in the rendering.

REFUNDS

  1. No Refunds.

  2. No refunds if you cancel your commission.

  3. The 50% advance payment is non-refundable.
    (If you made the advance payment and I haven't started the commission yet, or you decided to cancel your spot on my waitlist, you can request the refund).

  4. If, due to any inconvenience that is beyond my control, I do not finish your drawing (accident, illness, delicate personal matters), I will notify you immediately and I will refund you if you have paid, or wait more time to finish it.


DELIVERY

  • The formats are PNG and Transparent PNG.

  • Deliveries are through DM, Email or Google Drive Link.

  • The Sketch and Lineart/Coloring previews have my watermark and quality below 50% in JPG if you have not made the full payment.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  1. You, as a client and by purchasing a commission by me, are declaring that already read and you’re agree with my Terms of Service.

  2. If you want your commission to be Private, you can tell me so I don't show it in my Carrd or posted in my social media.

  3. It's prohibited to use the sketch or linearts for re-sell.

  4. It's prohibited to profit or re-sell with the commissions. Only for personal use.

  5. It's prohibited to use the drawing in NFTS or IA of any kind.

  6. When I make your drawing, I do not adopt ideas, preferences/tastes or ideologies that are foreign to me.

  7. When I make your drawing, I do not do promote or make marketing on my profiles about:

    | Youtube/Twitch Channels
    | Other accounts or social media profiles.
    | Collaborations projects
    | Businesses/Brands.
    | Personal/Commercial Projects.
    | Contests.
    | Sites/ Web Pages
